My son’s gaming computer was overheating for over a year. We took it back to Microcenter (where we bought it) and they didn’t know what was wrong. Conveniently for them, we only had 2 weeks left on the warranty so they didn’t want to touch it. Then we took it to Geek Squad and they were able to figure out the issue and sold me a plan to fix it. After having the computer for 3 weeks they finally said that because we didn’t purchase it from them they couldn’t fix it. We almost gave up until the guy at Geek Squad referred us to RoaTech. We decided to try them and within a week my son had his computer back better than ever!!! The customer service and education that we received was top notch!!! We learned exactly what was wrong with the computer and how to avoid these issues in the future. They have new loyal customers!!!
