My son’s gaming computer was overheating for over a year. We took it back to Microcenter (where we bought it) and they didn’t know what was wrong. Conveniently for them, we only had 2 weeks left on the warranty so they didn’t want to touch it. Then we took it to Geek Squad and they were able to figure out the issue and sold me a plan to fix it. After having the computer for 3 weeks they finally said that because we didn’t purchase it from them they couldn’t fix it. We almost gave up until the guy at Geek Squad referred us to RoaTech. We decided to try them and within a week my son had his computer back better than ever!!! The customer service and education that we received was top notch!!! We learned exactly what was wrong with the computer and how to avoid these issues in the future. They have new loyal customers!!!

If you’re having problems with your electronics, this is the place to come to. I was panicking about my desktop PC thinking my GPU broke, they told me to calm down it’s okay we got this. Worried my video card stopped working 😔. Called and was able to drop off same day! David even waited for me as they were evacuating for a flood threat downtown EC! Who does that? My 5 yo DELL laptop screen and hinges completely self destructed. The hinge broke away from the base and splintered the screen when I tried to open it. ROATECH was able to find replacement parts for the hinges and the new display screen. During this process they were able to stay in contact with me. This was a complex repair so it wasn’t an overnight repair. They have been very professional in their ability to do this repair. I will definitely recommend them to anyone who has experienced the need for a computer repair.
