My CPU died so I sought the advice of a computer-savvy friend. He suggested taking it to Roa Tech, a company he himself had used and described to me as “honest and trustworthy.” That was enough to convince me to give them a try, despite living on the other side of town. They were able to very quickly diagnose the problem (in about an hour I think it was) and then, with my go-ahead, proceeded to repair it in less than a day. Kudos to them! I would definitely use them again, if the need arose. My only suggestion would be to call first and confirm their hours.
