I gave two things for repair at RoaTech, a laptop and an HP notebook. I got a prompt and honest feedback on both. After I paid the said amount, they went through getting new parts and replacing to fix it. It took a while to identify the problem and fix as it wasn't easy. One positive thing is I was not asked for more money at any point. I finally got my fixed laptop after a month with a reasonable cost. I had a backup laptop so I was not inconvenienced. I would definitely trust them if I needed more repairs. I was also able to recycle computer, router and related accessories. Thank you David and all at RoaTech!!!
