ROATech did such an awesome job with my 10 year-old desktop tower. I thought it was pretty much dead, but they looked at it and determined that it was an issue with the hard drives. They fixed it, cleaned the machine massive pile of dust and put it back together so now it's working better than ever! I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good computer repair person and especially anyone in Ellicott City!!

One day my PC randomly died and would not turn back on. I looked around for PC repair shops, and specifically one that would come to me for the repair. I stumbled across RoaTech and gave them a call. They were able to come out the next day and help me diagnose the issue. They picked up my PC, fixed the issue, and returned within a few days. I cannot say enough good things about David and RoaTech, and really appreciate the work they did. I will absolutely be using them again for any tech needs I may have. I would 100% recommend!

Working with RoaTech is always a pleasure. I have utilized their services in other occasions but recently, they helped me with a 9 year old desktop computer. They picked it up, replaced the hard drive with a SS drive and copied the data to the new drive, and reinstalled the unit in my home office. I didn’t need or want to buy a new computer. The technician and I discussed all options and this was best for me. It was a 1 day turnaround. Job well done RoaTech!😊

I was very pleased to find a new place to fix my laptop. They seemed to be very efficient and fair in pricing and service policies. Overall a great experience, I walked in and was assisted immediately. Explained my problems with my device filled out a sheet and was explained that it might only be able to be diagnosed today and that I might have to bring it back later in the week. I had explained that it was my work laptop and that I needed it as soon as possible. After the diagnosis of my device I was happy to hear that they could get the work done on the same day. The turn around time on my device was fairly quick. I was thoroughly impressed. I waited a few days to right my review to check out how my computer runs, and it’s just like when I took it out the box. Highly recommend this service.
