Extremely happy with the service. I feel like I have a new computer, without the expense of one. I should of brought the computer in earlier, I would of saved myself months of frustration, trying to "fixed the problem" by myself.

This was a fantastic place to take my computer for a diagnostic assessment. They did a thorough job and actually my computer only needed some maintenance despite what the Apple store told me. I found the service to be excellent and the explanation of what was wrong to be very thorough and helpful.

I gave two things for repair at RoaTech, a laptop and an HP notebook. I got a prompt and honest feedback on both. After I paid the said amount, they went through getting new parts and replacing to fix it. It took a while to identify the problem and fix as it wasn't easy. One positive thing is I was not asked for more money at any point. I finally got my fixed laptop after a month with a reasonable cost. I had a backup laptop so I was not inconvenienced. I would definitely trust them if I needed more repairs. I was also able to recycle computer, router and related accessories. Thank you David and all at RoaTech!!!

I love these guys. Quick service. Prices are reasonable- not too cheap, not too expensive. They got me fixed up with a new case at a good price. The customer service is amazing. I do a lot of shopping at huge corporations, so I often forget how good small business customer service can be. Truly red carpet. I recommend them.

What a great experience. After dealing with incompetence at Micro Center and trying to schedule a geek squad appointment at Best Buy I stumbled upon RaoTech. What a hidden treasure. They immediately took a look at my computer. sent text messages that regularly updated me on the status and fix the computer within 24 hours. I highly recommend them for repair work

I was very pleased with RoaTech. Computer was ready and completely fixed in a few days when promised. I have an 10+year old Mac computer which I could not get to boot. It turned out all I needed was a new hard drive. The diagnostic was free. They didn’t try to sell me anything extra and explained everything I needed to know. Price was very fair. I would definitely use this service again. Computer works perfectly and I am very happy.
