Great customer service and very friendly people. I had an old blood pressure monitor that wasn't working, and they went above and beyond to do diagnostics and try to find parts, even going to the original manufacturer. Turns out the parts don't exist anymore, but that's not Roatech's fault. They seem to be able to do it all.

Honest, knowledgeable, QUICK and fair priced. Also, I appreciated that they wore a mask and did social distancing since we’re in the middle of a pandemic. My computer that I depend on for work got hit with a bad virus recently. I tried everything I could to fix it on my own, using online suggestions. I wish I had known about these guys and brought it to them first. These guys were able to help me quickly and were very responsive with all their communication. They also gave me a very reasonable price. They met me at my convenience and explained everything thoroughly to me. They have been in business for a while but recently opened up a brick and mortar place right in the heart of Old Ellicott City just weeks before the quarantine hit. The location is really, really cute. I had no problems finding parking. Also, they are bilingual. They are a great business to support. I’d MUCH rather support a small business In our community that I can trust than going to a big box store whose reputation is not on the line. I highly recommend these guys. Also, they sell customized computers but I really appreciate that they were so knowledgeable about my computer’s issues. When I eventually upgrade my computer I will get it from these guys.

During the Covid-19 pandemic, I had to set up shop quickly from home. Given my work in financial services, my requirements were demanding, including a work station with four monitors. I was having trouble getting all of the things I needed online and especially on time, but then I ran into RoaTech which solved all of my problems. David came over to my house on the same day wearing protective gear and helped me get fully set up with all the things that I was missing, including cables to hook up all of my monitors. He was also kind enough to take a look at my printer whose color ink had failed a couple of years ago despite having new cartridges. Long story short, he took my printer with him and brought it back the next day with everything working just as if it were new. I really appreciate RoaTech’s quick and impeccable service and highly recommend them for any of your technology needs. The fact that they’re part of our community in Old Ellicott City is even better!

I had designed a custom system for myself to do audio and video editing. I had intended to order the components myself and build it myself but decided to give RoaTech a try as they are local and I could actually speak to the one who was going to be doing the work - David. They took my list of components and responded with a competitive quote. Despite the delays caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, they built and delivered the machine in a timely fashion. I brought my newer PC to RoaTech Inc. because it was acting really strange. I thought it might have gotten a virus. But David performed the diagnostics and found out I had a failing hard drive and keyboard. He replaced the hard drive and keyboard at a very reasonable price. He also backed up and moved all my old data. He did all of this very quickly and I was able to pick it up the next morning. When I received the PC back, it was completely fixed but also lightening fast! It was never this fast before. David and Beth are both very nice and very customer focused. They also have lots of cool computer related merchandise. I had fun looking around. I highly recommend them!
